This recipe is from my friend Kina's family recipes. Not just banana bread, but it has coconut and pineapple too! It is so incredibly good!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut
How To Make aloha bread

Step 1Cream until light and fluffy butter, sugar~add eggs, mix well. Stir in bananas. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Fold in pineapple and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
