This is very quick and easy and very good. I serve it when I cook a big pot of green beans and new potatoes and soups. You can even let your children make this as I think it is very kid friendly for children learning to cook.

Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising corn meal
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make yummy easy cornbread

Step 1Mix all ingredients together; pour into round cake pan (lightly greased) and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 2I let mine cook until the top is nice and brown.
