  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
  • 4 large
  • 1 can(s)
    cream corn
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    yellow cornmeal
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 can(s)
    green chiles, chopped (optional)

How to Make Yummy Company Cornbread


  1. In a bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and cream corn and mix.
  3. Add salt, pepper and cheeses and mix.
  4. Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder and mix until thoroughly mix.
  5. Bake in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 then when you bake the cornbread turn the oven to 300 and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Serve hot.
