Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can cream corn
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 can green chiles, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make yummy company cornbread

Step 1In a bowl cream together butter and sugar.

Step 2Add eggs and cream corn and mix.

Step 3Add salt, pepper and cheeses and mix.

Step 4Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder and mix until thoroughly mix.

Step 5Bake in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 then when you bake the cornbread turn the oven to 300 and bake for 1 hour.

Step 6Serve hot.
