I usually make one loaf with walnuts and one loaf with out walnuts. That way everyone is happy. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 c
    demerara sugar (florida crystals) pure florida cane sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    plus 1 tablespoon blue diamond almond breeze milk
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    walnuts (chopped)

How to Make Yummy Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a separate large bowl combine bananas, vanilla extract, oil, milk, and eggs.
  3. Add flour mixture/dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix well. If you want the walnuts add them last.
  4. Pour into two lightly greased loaf pans or two 8 x 8 glass baking dishes.
  5. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

    Taste yummy served warm with butter. enjoy!!! :)
