Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cornmeal, yellow
- 3/4 cup cream-style corn
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 4 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese...add half the cheese.

Step 2Pour into a well greased 8x12\" pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.

Step 3Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
