salad oil
1 c
sour cream
1 c
cornmeal, yellow
3/4 c
cream-style corn
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1.5 tsp
green onions, chopped
4 small
jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c
grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Tex-Mex Cornbread


  • 1Combine all ingredients except cheese...add half the cheese.
  • 2Pour into a well greased 8x12" pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
  • 3Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
