- 1 pound unsliced round loaf sourdough bread
- 1 pound pepper jack cheese - shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (no substitute)
- 1/2 cup green onions - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons poppyseeds
How To Make stuffed sourdough bread

Step 1Cut bread loaf lengthwise and crosswise into 1" squares without cutting completely through the bottom crust.

Step 2Insert shredded cheese between cut bread squares

Step 3Combine butter, green onions, garlic and poppy seeds; drizzle over the bread and cheese evenly.

Step 4Wrap bread in foil; place on cookie sheet

Step 5Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap foil and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.

Step 6Serve warm, pull apart to eat.
