Ingredients
- - 1 loaf italian bread
- - olive oil
- - finely chopped garlic
- - 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- - 1/2 red onion, cut into paper thin slices
- - freshly ground pepper to taste
- - 16 to 20 kalamata olives, pitted and cut into halves
- - 1 t. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- - sprigs of rosemary
How To Make so good it's sinful bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Cut loaf horizontally into halves. Cut a thin slice form top half to form a flat base. Arrange halve cut side up on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush cut sides of bread halves with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and the cheese. Layer evenly with onion slices, pepper and olives and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool for 2 minutes and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. arrange slices on serving platter and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary. Serve warm. You may prepare up to 2 hours in advance and store, wrapped in plastic wrap, in refrigerator. Bake as directed above just before serving.
