I've learned to always make two loaves of this bread now. One is never enough. Everyone just loves it. No matter how much I make, it's not enough.

Ingredients For sinfully addictive garlic bread

  • 1 loaf
    ciabatta bread
  • 6 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    capers
  • 1 c
    softened butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 4 slice
    buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make sinfully addictive garlic bread

    Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees: Place peeled garlic cloves in food processor with butter and olive oil. Pulse until combined. Add capers. Continue to pulse. Season with salt and pepper. Remove.

    Slice bread in half lengthwise but not all the way through. With a pastry brush, spread garlic butter on both sides of bread covering well. Place a piece of cheese along the loaf to cover; Close the loaf; With the pastry brush, spread the garlic butter on both sides of the outside of the loaf of Ciabatta.

    Wrap the loaf well with aluminum foil and twist the edges so none of the mixture drips out into the oven. Place the foil wrapped bread on a baking sheet and place it in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes. For the last 15 minutes of baking, remove the foil to make sure it crisps;
