simple cheese bread
I got this idea from an old co-worker of mine. She and her husband used to prepare this with french bread topped with mozzarella, basil, and finely chopped onion. I'm going to try jalapeno jack and cilantro sometime soon to see how that turns out, but basically you can use any type of cheese, bread, and toppings you like. I have found that the cheese browns better if it's finely/fancy shredded. Enjoy!
