SAUSAGE CORN BREAD
When Katrina came through, several families from our home town would cook food and take down to Waveland, Ms. on Sundays. This was one of the favorite foods they looked forward to. Original from Tony Salter.
How to Make SAUSAGE CORN BREAD
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees--This is best baked in cast iron skillets.
Brown sausage and do not drain. Cool and then add all other ingredients.
- Grease your skillets and pour your mixture in. This will make a 8" and a 4" skillet. Bake until golden brown.
