I love "Saucy Everything" which I buy at WinnDixie but you can use your favorite spicy mayo or even mix mayo and sriracha. This Saucy Stromboli is one of my most requested recipes for get togethers!

    pulled pork
  • 2 Tbsp
    capers
  • 1/4 c
    spicy mayonaise
  • 1/4 c

  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1

  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan

How To Make saucy stromboli

  • 1
Preheat the oven to 450 Roll out pizza dough into a 9 by 12 inch rectangle on a large piece of parchment paper. This will make transferring to a baking sheet very easy.
  • 2
Place pulled pork lengthwise down the center third of the rectangle, top with capers, grated mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, spicy mayonnaise, and BBQ Sauce.
  • 3
Make diagonal slices through the dough from outer edges to just before pulled pork. Pull one slice up and over the top of the pulled pork at an angle. Repeat with one slice from the other side. Continue until the entire top of the Stromboli is covered. Tuck ends underneath.
  • 4
Brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes prior to slicing IF you can wait. Serve with extra BBQ and spicy mayo for dipping.
