Ingredients
- 1 - long loaf sour dough or french bread
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - bunch cilantro, chopped fine
- 6 - cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make salsa bruschetta

Step 1Set oven to broil.

Step 2Slice loaf of bread down the middle and brown slightly under the broiler.

Step 3In a bowl, mix tomatoes, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, red pepper and cheese.

Step 4Cover cut side of bread with tomato mixture.

Step 5Place under broiler until the whole thing begins to brown and the cheese begins to melt - about 2 minutes.

Step 6Remove and slice into serving size pieces.
