Ingredients

2 1/4 c
tepid wate
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
active dry yeast
4 c
flour

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingredients into an ovenproof pot. Stir well, cover at room temp for 1 1/2 hours.
2Stir to break the dough.
3Cover and refrigerate overnight (10-12 hours)
4Bake in the pot uncovered at 450 for 40 minutes
5Cool, tip over pot to remove
