Easy and quick when you want bread to serve with a meal but forgot to think about it way before hand. Change up the herbs and add rosemary or leave out the cheese or garlic if you like.

Ingredients
- 11/2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cups water at 100-110 degrees
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make quick garlic, parmesan french bread

Step 1In the bowl of a mixer mix your yeast, honey, and water. Cover and let sit for about 15 minutes, until bubbly.

Step 2Add your flour, and salt, mix using a dough hook (or knead by hand) for about 5 minutes or until nice and smooth. Add in the garlic and Parmesan cheese until incorporated.

Step 3On a floured counter divide the dough in half and shape into 2 loaves. If you want lines sliced into the top slice them now. Cover with a dishtowel and let rise for 20 minutes.

Step 4Brush the tops of the loaves with olive oil , place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
