This bread is delicious and makes wonderful holiday presents for neighbors and friends. The recipe makes 6 loafs and bakes in #303 cans or small loaf pans. The recipe was given to me many years ago by a good friend. Everyone loves this bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 5 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 packages coconut cream pudding mix
- 6 - #303 cans or small loaf pans, greased and floured

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together sugar, flour oil, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.

Step 2Add pumpkin and mix well.

Step 3Add nuts,oil and coconut cream pudding mix to mixture.

Step 4Pour mixture 1/2 way up in 6 #303 cans or small loaf pans, greased and floured.

Step 5Place cans or small loaf pans on cookie sheet.

Step 6Bake 45-50 minutes.

Step 7Remove from cans and cool.

Step 8Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
