Made this for the first time Easter for my family and they went crazy over it. Now I have to make it everytime we get together.

Ingredients
- 4-5 large portabella mushrooms clean and sliced
- 3-4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella/provalone mix cheese
- 1/2 cup romano cheese grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 sticks butter room temp
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 - balls of your favorite italian bread dough or pizza dough
How To Make portabella bread

Step 1prep your dough as directed and spread out to about 1/2 inch thick

Step 2in bowl mix butter, garlic, 1/4 c romano and 1/4 cup parmesean cheese and parsley till well blended bush generously on bread dough (you will not use all, you can use this to make garlic bread, etc) then add a single layer of mushroom, then sprinkle shred cheese, grated romano and parm cheese. roll into log tuck seams under and bake at 400 degree oven for 30min to 1 hour depending on how much filling you used and how large you made it....serve hot
