This is one of my husband's favorite recipes! Any big game and he thinks I should make them! I serve them with some garlic butter on the side.

How to Make Pepperoni Rolls

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees and then turn off. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray. Put individual frozen yeast rolls on the cookie sheets, cover with wax paper and then a kitchen towel. Put in warm oven for 1 hour.
  2. After the hour, take out rolls. Using your hands, flatten the roll into a circle, then add some mozzerella cheese, followed by 2-4 slices of pepperoni. Pinch sides up around the cheese and meat and place pinched side on the cookie sheet.
  3. Let rise again for an hour.
  4. Take out risen rolls out oven and cut oven on, preheating it to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with garlic butter or marinara sauce!
