Oh my! and they are sooooo easy to make. Do not remain alone in a room with these, or there will be none to serve to your guests.

3/4 c
3/4 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
dried oregano (i used ground)
3/4 c
egg, lightly beaten
4 oz
mozzarella cheese (i used pepper jack)
4 oz
pepperoni. diced (i used boarhead stick pepperoni)
1/2 c
spaghetti or pizza sauce (i use newman's sockaroni)
2 Tbsp
fresh basil, diced (i was out but will use it next time)

How to Make Pepperoni Puffs


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan (I used shortning spray)
  • 3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and oregano
  • 4Whisk in milk and egg
  • 5Stir in pepperoni and cheese
  • 6Let stand 10 inutes
  • 7Stir and divide among the baking cups
  • 8Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Until puffed and golden.
  • 9Heat sauce and sprinkle half the basil over the sauce and half over the puffs, if desired.
