Oh my! and they are sooooo easy to make. Do not remain alone in a room with these, or there will be none to serve to your guests.

Makes 24 mini puffs
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (i used ground)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (i used pepper jack)
- 4 ounces pepperoni. diced (i used boarhead stick pepperoni)
- 1/2 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce (i use newman's sockaroni)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, diced (i was out but will use it next time)
How To Make pepperoni puffs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan (I used shortning spray)

Step 3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and oregano

Step 4Whisk in milk and egg

Step 5Stir in pepperoni and cheese

Step 6Let stand 10 inutes

Step 7Stir and divide among the baking cups

Step 8Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Until puffed and golden.

Step 9Heat sauce and sprinkle half the basil over the sauce and half over the puffs, if desired.
