Ingredients
- 1 - loaf frozen bread (rhodes)
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- - mozzarella cheese
- - pepperoni
How To Make pepperoni bread

Step 1The thawing and rising are not included in the prep time. Thaw the dough in refridgerator overnight. Let it rise for 3 hrs at room temp. Roll out into a rectangle.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix egg, oregano,& parsley. Brush top of dough. Make two rows down the center length of the dough with the cheese (leaving an inch or so space between them). Place the pepperoni on top the the cheese.

Step 3Take the first part of the dough and flip it onto the first row of cheese & pepperoni. Now brush this top with egg mixture. Roll this stack onto the next row of cheese & pepperoni and tuck edge of dough underneith. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush entire outside with the egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
