How to Make Pepperoni Batter Bread
- Mix 2 1/4 cups flour with remaining dry ingredients and yeast in a large bowl.
- Stir in butter and water and mix in only enough flour to make a very thick batter. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and let rise in a warm place about 35-45 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 35 minutes or until done.
- Remove from casserole dish and cool on rack.
