I got this recipe from a woman on another list. IT goes good with a tossed green salad.

Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package quick acting yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
How To Make pepperoni batter bread

Step 1Mix 2 1/4 cups flour with remaining dry ingredients and yeast in a large bowl.

Step 2Stir in butter and water and mix in only enough flour to make a very thick batter. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and let rise in a warm place about 35-45 minutes.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 35 minutes or until done.

Step 5Remove from casserole dish and cool on rack.
