My family loves garlic bread,I probably make it more than I should.

Ingredients

  • ·
    1 loaf italian bread
  • ·
    4 tablespoons butter,softened
  • ·
    4 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
  • ·
    1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    1/2 c freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ·
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ·
    1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced

How to Make Patsy's Garlic Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Mix garlic into softened butter. Spread evenly on both sides of bread slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle with mozzarella,parsley and oregano. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Turn to broil and broil until cheese begins to melt. Cool slightly, slice & enjoy!
