ok so i thought i'd cheat put some onions & soft butter in some Jiffy mix & fry it well, it didn't fry right so i baked it & it turned out DELISH!

1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1 small onion
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make onion cornbread

Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

chop onion mix cornbread using directions on box add chopped onion, soft butter , & sugar together pour in baking dish & bake for 11-15 minutes or until golden brown when you remove this from the oven spread some butter lightly over the top ENJOY!
