olive cheese bread
This is one of my very favorite breads to make as an appetizer and even a side for pasta dishes. It is easy and everyone loves the tangy, cheesy taste. You can adjust the amount of olives you add to suite your own taste. This is a crowd pleaser for sure!

Ingredients
- 1 large can black olives, chopped
- 1 cup green olives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup duke's mayonnaise
- 8 ounces provolone cheese slices
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
How To Make olive cheese bread

Step 1Finely chop olives and add to a large mixing bowl. Add butter, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.

Step 2Slice French bread lengthwise and scoop out a small amount of the bread on each side to create a shallow channel.

Step 3Lay provolone cheese on the bread and spread the olive mixture over the cheese.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and slice.
