1Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small saucepan, heat water and milk until warm (105-115 F).
2Add yeast; stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)
3In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and butter.
4Mix at low speed until crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients; blend well.
5Spoon into prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40-60 minutes.
6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown.
7Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if desired.
