This is another recipe for the Nordic Ware Bundt Pan. I haven't tried this yet, but I intend to try it. I think it sounds good and pretty easy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine (softened)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 - eggs
How To Make no knead parmesan bread

Step 1Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small saucepan, heat water and milk until warm (105-115 F).

Step 2Add yeast; stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)

Step 3In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and butter.

Step 4Mix at low speed until crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients; blend well.

Step 5Spoon into prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40-60 minutes.

Step 6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown.

Step 7Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if desired. High Altitude: No change.
