Ingredients

1/2 cwater

1/2 cmilk

2 pkgactive dry yeast

3 call purpose flour

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspsalt

2/3 cbutter or margarine (softened)

1 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1/4 cbarbeque sauce

2eggs
How to Make No Knead Parmesan Bread
- Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small saucepan, heat water and milk until warm (105-115 F).
- Add yeast; stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and butter.
- Mix at low speed until crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients; blend well.
- Spoon into prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown.
- Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if desired.
