This is another recipe for the Nordic Ware Bundt Pan. I haven't tried this yet, but I intend to try it. I think it sounds good and pretty easy.

  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    butter or margarine (softened)
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c
    barbeque sauce
  • 2

How to Make No Knead Parmesan Bread


  1. Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small saucepan, heat water and milk until warm (105-115 F).
  2. Add yeast; stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and butter.
  4. Mix at low speed until crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients; blend well.
  5. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40-60 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown.
  7. Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if desired.
    High Altitude: No change.
