Nancy's Beer Bread
Preheat oven to 400
3 Cups Self Rising Flour 2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Warm Beer ½ Cup Cubed Cheddar Cheese
1 Stick Butter
Mix flour, sugar and beer in a large bowl. Place mixture in a greased loaf bread pan. Poke cheese down into dough. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and lay the stick of butter on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
