*** mom's breakfast blteoc sandwich ***

Mom made these all the time for me. Whenever she asked, this was my answer! Mmmmmmmm! (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Egg, Onion & Cheese)

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces - bacon, cooked
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons my heirloom tomato sandwich sauce recipe (see below) or peanut butter
  • - lettuce leaves
  • - tomato, sliced about 1/4
  • - onion, sliced about 1/4
  • 2 - eggs, fried (fry it so yolk is hard - unless you want yolk running down your hands while eating this - lol!)
  • - salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices velveeta cheese

How To Make *** mom's breakfast blteoc sandwich ***

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon & toast bread.
  • Step 2
    After bread is toasted, butter 1 slice of bread with butter (top) & the other slice with heirloom tomato mixture (bottom).
  • Step 3
    Place a slice of velveeta on each slice of bread. To the bottom slice, add (in order) lettuce, onion, tomato (salt & pepper tomato slice) & bacon.
  • Step 4
    Fry your eggs, seasoned to taste with salt & pepper, once done place on top of bacon, close sandwich & enjoy!
