    yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c
    cornmeal mix
  • 1 c
    pancake mix
  • 1 c
    grated onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    cream style corn
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    small jar pimento
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk

How to Make Mexican Cornbread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all together
    Pour into a greased pre- heated iron skillet and Bake
  2. 375 degrees
    35-40 minutes
