- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 6-10 - mexican hot peppers
- 1 pound hot sausage

Step 1Put 1/4 cup bacon grease into pan. Let get hot. Pour 1/2 of cornbread batter in pan. Put cheeses, hot peppers, and meat in. Pour other 1/2 of cornbread batter on top.
