  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 small
    can chopped ripe olives
  • 1
    loaf french bread, sliced lengthwise

How to Make Lauri's Italian Cheese Bread


  1. Blend together mayo and butter until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder and mix well. Add remainder of ingredients and stir until blended.
  3. Cut your French bread lengthwise. Spread mixture on both sides of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. This can be made ahead or frozen and baked when desired.
