How to Make Jalapeno Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 350'. Put oil in cast iron skillet (or oven proof skillet) to heat as oven heats.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Once oil is heated (I usually let heat until oven is done preheating) add oil to bowl. Stirring well.
- Pour mixture into hot skillet. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
