This bread is foolproof and so delicious. You can easily modify the add-ins to your liking and make it your own. You can use any cheese you prefer, leave out the onion and garlic powder, and add herbs of your choice. This is a very versatile recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make incredibly easy cheese bread

Step 1In a large bowl, add yeast to warm water.

Step 2Mix in flour, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder until a soft dough forms.

Step 3Work in cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice with your hands and form into a ball.

Step 4Oil the same bowl and roll the dough around to coat. Set aside in a warm spot for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 5Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a Dutch oven into your oven 10 minutes before you add your bread, to heat it up.

Step 6Place the dough on parchment paper. Form into a loaf and carefully put it in your heated Dutch oven.

Step 7Sprinkle a little more cheese on top and bake covered for 25 minutes.

Step 8Then remove cover and bake another 5 or 10 minutes or until golden brown.
