Ingredients

  • - 1/3 cup almond flour
  • - 1/3 cup shelled hemp seed hearts
  • - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • - 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
  • - 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • - 3 eggs beaten
  • - 1/3 c chopped onions
  • - 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • - 2 t olive oil
  • - optional - sliced jalapeno

How To Make hemp seed muffins (savory)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375, spray baking cups or use paper liners. You'll be making 6 muffins. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  • Step 2
    In a another bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Mix everything and divide among the 6 oiled places in the muffin tin. Bake 25 minutes.
