  • ·
    1/3 cup almond flour
  • ·
    1/3 cup shelled hemp seed hearts
  • ·
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • ·
    3 eggs beaten
  • ·
    1/3 c chopped onions
  • ·
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • ·
    2 t olive oil
  • ·
    optional - sliced jalapeno

How to Make Hemp Seed Muffins (savory)


  1. Preheat oven to 375, spray baking cups or use paper liners. You'll be making 6 muffins. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. In a another bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix everything and divide among the 6 oiled places in the muffin tin. Bake 25 minutes.
