Ingredients
- - 1/3 cup almond flour
- - 1/3 cup shelled hemp seed hearts
- - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- - 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- - 3 eggs beaten
- - 1/3 c chopped onions
- - 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- - 2 t olive oil
- - optional - sliced jalapeno
How To Make hemp seed muffins (savory)

Step 1Preheat oven to 375, spray baking cups or use paper liners. You'll be making 6 muffins. Mix together all dry ingredients.

Step 2In a another bowl mix together the wet ingredients.

Step 3Mix everything and divide among the 6 oiled places in the muffin tin. Bake 25 minutes.
