This savory appetizer is best served warm but can be served at room temp too. They usually dont last long when I put them out. It's so easy to make and so tasty. It's like a ham and cheese sandwich without all the fuss.

Ingredients
- - preheat oven to 350 * f
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesean
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make ham and rice appetizer squares

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then pour into a greased 9 X 13 " pan.

Step 2Bake at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes. Let rest for about 10 minutes then cut into squares
