Green Chili Cornbread

2 boxjiffy corn muffin mix
2 can(s)green chiles, mild (the small ones)
1 can(s)cream corn (regular size)
1 1/2 csharp cheddar cheese (or mild, your preference)
How to Make Green Chili Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees; Mix cornbread mixes according to directions except use 3 eggs and not 2, then add the cream corn, green chili, and cheddar cheese. Blend all these ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x12 pyrex dish. Place in oven, bake until golden and serve with whatever entree you might be having.
