- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cans green chiles, mild (the small ones)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream corn (regular size)
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (or mild, your preference)
How To Make green chili cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees; Mix cornbread mixes according to directions except use 3 eggs and not 2, then add the cream corn, green chili, and cheddar cheese. Blend all these ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x12 pyrex dish. Place in oven, bake until golden and serve with whatever entree you might be having. Hope you like it as much as we do!
