grandma's corn bread
I normally make this on rainy days... When it's a winter or rainy day I serve it cold. When it's not rainy or winter I serve warm :)

- 1 Cup - yellow cornmeal
- 1 Cup - flour
- 1/3 cup - sugar
- 4 Tbs - baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp - salt
- 1 Cup - milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 - egg (beaten)
- 1/4 Cup - vegetable oil
How To Make grandma's corn bread

Step 1#1:Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2#2:Mix dry ingredients in a bowl & set aside

Step 3#3:In a 2nd Bowl mix wet ingredients together

Step 4#4:Mix dry & wet ingredients together

Step 5#5:Pour batter in a greased "8X"8 baking pan

Step 6#6:Bake 25 minutes or until top is slightly brown
