My family loves hot homemade buns when they were here. So my Gram B recipe shows that my hands do not have to knead bread. To have wonderful tasting rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 package yeast in
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- ½ cup crisco
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 - eggs
- 4 cups flour
How To Make gram b's no-knead refrigerator rolls

Step 1Beat two eggs and mix in the other ingredients.

Step 2Add yeast mixture. Stir in 4 cups flour.

Step 3Stir until well mixed. Cover and place in refrigerator for several hours.

Step 4Pinch off as needed for the rolls or crescents. Place on greased sheet to raise. When raised bake five to eight minutes at 425°.

Step 5This dough keeps well in refrigerator for about a week or so. I double the recipe so that I have plenty to use for other meals.
