Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free flour (i use bob's red mill)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute (i use powdered bocha sweet)
- 1 bottle beer (i use regular corona, room temp)
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
How To Make gluten-free beer bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl. Add the beer and mix gently, just until incorporated. Don't overmix to keep bread tender.

Step 3Pour melted butter on top and bake 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry when poked into the middle of loaf.

Step 4Remove from oven and let sit in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto plate and slice with electric knife.
