This is an easy recipe and can be altered to any bread recipe you have. Can also use black olives or add anything to it, Flax seed or chia seed. Make it gluten-free by using almond flour or other gluten-free flour mix. Onion bread anyone? Just add chopped onion! Have fun!

- 10 16 large garlic stuffed olives / sliced
- 1 2 ounces beer ( ale , pilsner , lager or apple ale
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 41/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups self rising flour /sifted
How To Make bread stuffed with garlic olives and beer

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2Mix all DRY ingredients in bowl

Step 3Slowly pour beer into bowl , mix with a wooden spoon if you have one

Step 4Fold your garlic stuffed olives into batter

Step 5Put batter in loaf pan , bake for 50-55 min . let cool for at least 10-15 min , then loaf should come right out of your pan. Slice as needed as not to let bread dry out
