Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 cups bread flour (i also use all purpose flour)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
How To Make favorite garlic yeast bread (machine)

Step 1In bread machine, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting.

Step 2Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine. (Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of water or flour IF needed.)
