The smell of bread baking is such a welcoming comfort. I love to suprise my family with the smell of bread baking when they wake up from sleeping in on a Saturday morning. Hope your family enjoys this as much as my family does.

1 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)
1/4 cup buttermilk blend powder
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (6oz)
4 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3 cups bread flour (i also use all purpose flour)
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

How To Make favorite cheddar bread (machine)

Step 1

Place all ingredients in order of bread machine directions.

Step 2

Choose light color for crust. (Do not use pre-timer)
Step 3

Yields 1 loaf.
