Ingredients

1 cvegetable oil
-
4eggs
-
2 cself-rising cornmeal
-
2sm cans of creamed corn
-
2 csour cream
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Easy cornbread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I put my 10" seasoned cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up at this time.
- In a large measuring cup, measure out the oil and add the 4 eggs and beat till eggs are broken and you do not have to make an emulsion. Set aside.
- In medium mixing bowl put cornmeal and add the oil mixture, mix until blended then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into your heated skillet and bake for 30 minutes.
