Ingredients
- 2 cups corn meal (self-rising)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
How To Make daddy's buttermilk cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients by hand just until incorporated. Pour batter into a greased or sprayed iron skillet and bake about 45 minutes until golden brown.
