crispy garlic toast
A different version of garlic bread...nicely crispy, crunchy and not too much garlic. Of course if you want more garlic...add more! (from an Easy to Bake Easy to Make recipe)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled (or more if you like!)
- 3 1/8 tablespoons water
- 2 - baguettes
- - sea or kosher salt
How To Make crispy garlic toast

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Combine olive oil and melted butter in a measuring cup. Place garlic cloves and water in a blender. Blend on medium speed, gradually adding butter mixture, until garlic is pureed.

Step 3Cut baguettes into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Step 4Arrange bread slices on ungreased baking sheets. Brush garlic butter generously onto one side of the bread slices. Sprinkle with sea salt or ground kosher salt.

Step 5Bake until crisp, 5-7 minutes.
