Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 16 oz
    can cream style corn
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    lite sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    corn muffin mix, 8 1/2 oz
  • 1 c
    colby cheese

How to Make COUNTRY STYLE CORN PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
  2. Pour into ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes.
  3. Top with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
