Ingredients

  • 16 ounces can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 16 ounces can cream style corn
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup lite sour cream
  • 1 package corn muffin mix, 8 1/2 oz
  • 1 cup colby cheese

How To Make country style corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
  • Step 2
    Pour into ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Top with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
