    STIR TOGETHER THE CORNMEAL AND SALT AND THEN STIR IN WATER.HEAT SKILLET AND OIL IT LIGHTLY DROP THE BATTER BY TABLESPOONS ONTO THE SKILLET.COOK UNTIL BROWNED ON ONE SIDE, TURN AND BROWN THE OTHER SIDE
