- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 large eggs -- love those fresh ones from my aunt's farm
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Pour vegetable oil into skillet to 1/2 inch depth.

Step 2Using fork, stir together 1 tablespoon oil, corn, flour, broth, eggs, baking powder, onion and salt in medium bowl.

Step 3Drop batter by large tablespoonfuls into hot oil and fry for 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown.
