christmas morning sausage balls
(2 RATINGS)
I've been making this for years on Christmas Eve. I store them in a zip-lock and bake them on Christmas morning to serve with coffee and hot cocoa. We also munch on these all day after gifts and such.

How To Make christmas morning sausage balls
-
Step 1combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands and mix it until the busquik & cheese are incorporated well into the sausage.
-
Step 2Form balls. You can use a 1/2 oz scoop or your hands and make them as big or small as you like. My youngest loves doing this.
-
Step 3Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 F. for about 17 mins until golden.
