My aunt made this bread for a family gathering and I couldn't get enough! I had to have the recipe. Now I make it for my friends and they gobble it all up!

    butter, softened
  • 1/2 lb
    monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chiles
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • ·
    sourdough bread

How to Make Chile Cheese Bread


  1. Mix the butter and the cheese.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, green chiles, and garlic.
  3. Spread the mixture thickly on slices of sourdough.
  4. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
