My aunt made this bread for a family gathering, and I couldn't get enough! I had to have the recipe. Now I make it for my friends, and they gobble it all up.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Enjoy this chile cheese bread alongside a bowl of chili, stew, or as an appetizer. It's super cheesy and flavorful. When put under the broiler, the butter, Monterey Jack cheese, and mayonnaise mixture gets gooey. Chopped green chiles and garlic add a ton of flavor. These are best served warm, but they can be made in minutes as long as the butter is softened.
