How To Make cheesy jalapeno baked rolls
-
Step 1Combine flour mixture with yeast, garlic and onion powder and mix well. Add hot water and 2 tbsp. butter, the egg, peppers and cheese. Mix until the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.
-
Step 2Turn out the dough onto a floured board and oil hands to prevent dough from sticking to your fingers. Shape the dough into a ball. Knead the dough according to instructions on the box. Cover the dough and let rest 5 minutes.
-
Step 3Grease an 18 cup muffin pan. Divide dough into 18 pieces and form each into a ball. Place the dough into the prepared muffin cups. Cover with a towel and let rise 30 minutes on a wire rack which has been placed over a large pan filled with hot tap water.

Step 4Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Uncover dough and bake for 25-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove rolls and brush with melted butter.
