This is my take on a winery's version of cheesy garlic bread.

How do you make garlic bread even better? Make it cheesy! This simple cheesy garlic bread packs a punch of great flavor. It's tangy and cheesy. The perfect complement to the soft and crusty bread. Yum!

How To Make cheesy garlic bread

Test Kitchen Tips
We are always learning something from our members and had never heard of Provel cheese. It's a mixture of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone found in St. Louis. We weren't able to find it, so substituted an Italian cheese blend.
  • Loaf of bread cut in half.
    1
Cut the loaf in half to make it 2 halves.
  • Garlic powder, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese spread on bread.
    2
Mix the garlic powder, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese together. Spread on the 2 halves of bread.
  • Cheese sprinkled on top and baking in the oven.
    3
Top with the cheese, sometimes I even add cheddar to the mix. Bake at 375 degrees till cheese is melted.
